I started using Claire in June 2011 to walk my elderly dog Molly. At first I was worried about how she would react to someone else walking her but I need not have been worried. Claire listened to my concerns and has a lovely and gentle way with her, ensuring consistency and routine. Claire has been very flexible and also done extra visits at very short notice. Using Dogs Jogs has also enabled me some extra free time, yet I have peace of mind knowing my dog is being very well looked after. It’s very reassuring to know that Max is being well looked after whilst we are out during the day and, having spotted Max and Claire together on their walks once or twice, I know he enjoys them. I never had a dog walker before and was very apprehensive having someone else walking my 12 year old Weimaraner Jack. Due to work commitments and a new baby, we turned to DogsJogs and met Leandra. Leandra was very flexible from the start, walking Jack very early in the morning and late at night, to suit our needs. She was always punctual, ensuring Jack would stay in his routine. She is also extremely friendly and has the right experience with larger breeds. Most of all, Jack just adores her. Leandra sitted Jack for a couple of weeks, on our return, the house was spotless and Leandra had kept a pictured diary detailing Jack’s whereabouts. I fully trusted Leandra with Jack, she was very attentive to his need and very professional. I would highly recommend Leandra to anyone.

When I had to relocate to the area, I needed to know I could ensure my German Shepherd dog Leyla would get the care and stimulation she needed to enable me to continue in my full time job. From the first day Claire has been totally reliable, never once letting me down by missing a walk, and has been totally flexible adding in extra walks when needed at short notice, and even letting me cancel them when not needed. She was also willing to tailor the walks to suit Leyla’s requirements. Leyla seemed to enjoy every minute of the walks, and built a good bond with Claire and her team.
